Dear Sir/Madam,

Enquiry on Possible and Appropriate Venues      

My English club is planning a Treasure Hunt during the mid semester break and we have decided to do it at around this college. I am writing to enquiry on the possible and appropriate venues on the college grounds for the event.

We are planning to have the treasure hunt for one day only on 30 July 2012. There will be five female and five male in one group, we have 10 groups. We will be accompanied by two male and two female lecturers. So we require for 10 checkpoints for this treasure hunt.

There will be a little feast and we will make a prize giving ceremony in the night for the winners. So want to require for dining hall big enough to hold the event. If you do, please explain to us the rates.
